About the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce, Parker, AZ

Background

For more than 60 years, the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce has provided the community, businesses and visitors with resources such as (but not limited to) visitor guides, maps and referrals. In addition, The Parker Area Chamber of Commerce serves the community as the business model in best practices, provides education to members and businesses and resources to citizens and visitors with referrals to local merchants and members. The Parker Area Chamber of Commerce also facilitates and organizes events that attract visitors to the area as well as civic events that are beneficial to the community.

The Parker Area Chamber of Commerce facilitates and promotes the prosperity of the Parker area business environment, which enhances the quality of life for the entire region.

Purpose

The Parker Area Chamber of Commerce Operates the county’s only Official Arizona Tourist Information Center located in the county seat town of Parker, AZ. This non-profit organization is dependent on funding from the Town of Parker, La Paz County, fundraisers and its membership. The Parker Chamber of Commerce functions as the “information hub” of the community.
