Refund/Return Policy*

The Parker Area Chamber of Commerce Policies
Please review all information before making a purchase online or in person or by mail with the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce.

Return Policy
Items purchased from the PACC Chamber Store are not returnable to the PACC Chamber.

Refund Policy
Membership
The Parker Area chamber of Commerce (PACC) provides NO refunds on membership dues.

Events (Does not include fundraising events)
Full refund of payment will be made if a 72 hour cancellation to the event date is made by the member to the PACC Chamber.

If the member cancels after the 72 hours the member’s payment is nonrefundable and can be applied to a future PACC Chamber event.

Member must contact the PACC Chamber staff to get the event payment applied to another Chamber event to compensate for the missed event limited to one time only. Any money over will not be returned to member. Any money less than the requested event applied must be paid by member to meet the value of event payment.

Full refund for payments on PACC Chamber events will be made to the registrant by the PACC Chamber if an event is cancelled by the PACC Chamber due to circumstances beyond their control.

Chamber Store items
Items purchased from the PACC Chamber Store are not refundable.

Fundraising Events Return Policy
The PACC provides NO REFUNDS on fundraising events. This includes but is not limited to: The Parker Tube Float, The Colorado River Chili Cook-Off, The Parker 425 Downtown Experience.
